National Human Rights Commission – National Manwaadikar Protection Act – In 1993 there. राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग की स्थापना – राष्ट्रीय मानवाअधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम के तहत – 1993 मे हुई ।

It began in October 1993 -12 Caryprarmb इसका कार्यप्रारम्भ -12 अक्टूबर 1993 से शुरू हुआ

Its structure – 1 (Chairman) + 4 (members) = 5 इसकी संरचना – 1 (अध्यक्ष) + 4 (सदस्य) =5 

The president – a former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India (S. C.) Leads. इसका  अध्यक्ष – भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय का पूर्व मुख्य न्यायधीश(एस. सी.) होता है।

Its members – be the judge of the Supreme Court of India, or. Mukyanyayadish or be part of any high court.   इसके सदस्य – भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का न्यायधीश रहा हो, या हो। ओर किसी भी उच्च न्यायालय का मुख्यन्यायाधीश हो या रहा हो।

Note: If two members are fully aware of the human rights or practical experience in this area. दो सदस्य जिन्हें मानव अधिकारों की पूर्ण जानकारी हो या इस क्षेत्र का व्यावहारिक अनुभव हो।

प्रमुख मानद सदस्य –Major honorary member

(a) The Chairman of the National Commission for Minorities               राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग का अध्यक्ष

(b) The Chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes. राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग का अध्यक्ष।

(c)the Chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes.     राष्ट्रीय अनूसूचित जनजाति आयोग का अध्यक्ष।

राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग का अध्यक्ष।(Chairman of the National Commission for Women)

The appointment – by the President’s.  इसकी नियुक्ति – राष्ट्रपति द्वारा की जाती है।

The term – 5 years / 70 years, whichever is earlier. इसका कार्यकाल – 5 वर्ष/70 वर्ष जो भी पहले हो।

Office holders and members of the former president of the Supreme Court judge is removed. Resignation – President. कार्यकाल से पूर्व अध्यक्ष एवम् सदस्यों को उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश की तरह हटाया जाता है। त्याग पत्र – राष्ट्रपति को।

Its headquarters – New Delhi. इसका मुख्यालय – नई दिल्ली।

राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग का अध्यक्ष कार्य एवम् शक्तियां Chairman of the National Commission for Women Affairs and-Powers

Its major function is to recommend to the government to request the protection of Manwaadikaron, Adikara of this commission is not to punish, and when a matter is pending in any court that would not be considered by the Commission. It reserves the right to take suo moto cognizance proceedings.

इसका प्रमुख कार्य मानवाअधिकरों के संरक्षण हेतू भारत सरकार को सिफारिश करना,ओर इस आयोग को दण्ड देने का अधिकारा नहीं है,तथा जब कोई मामला किसी न्यायालय में लम्बित हो उस पर आयोग द्वारा विचार नहीं किया जायेगा। इसे स्वतः संज्ञान लेकर कार्यवाही शुरू करने का अधिकार।

The first president of the National Women’s Commission – Rgenath alloys. राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग की प्रथम अध्यक्ष – रगेनाथ मिश्र।

NCW currently chairman  = Lalita Kumar Mangalam   .राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग की वर्तमान में अध्यक्ष = ललिता कुमारमंगलम ।

राजस्थान राज्य मानवाधिकार आयोग  Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission

Established – National Manwaadikar Protection Act in 1993 was under इसकी स्थापना – राष्ट्रीय मानवाअधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम के तहत- 1993 मे हुई ।

The start – began in March 2000                                                       इसका  प्रारम्भ – मार्च 2000 से शुरू हुआ

Its structure – 1 + 4 = 5 or 1 + 3 = 4 at present (members) is. इसकी संरचना – 1+4 = 5  ओर  वर्तमान में 1+3 = 4(सदस्य)  है।

President of the Commission – the high court’s former chief Nyayadishhota. आयोग का अध्यक्ष – हाई कोर्ट का पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीशहोता है।

Appointment of Chairman – are made by the Governor. आयोग के अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति – राज्यपाल द्वारा की जाती है।

Oath – by the governor. शपथ – राज्यपाल द्वारा।

Commission President’s term – 5 or 70 years, whichever is earlier. आयोग के अध्यक्ष का कार्यकाल – 5 या 70 वर्ष जो भी पहले हो।

Resignation – is given to the governor. त्याग पत्र – राज्यपाल को दिया जाता है।

Before the Commission the right to tenure as national Manwaadikar and equal. कार्यकाल से पूर्व हटाने का अधिकार राष्ट्रीय मानवाअधिकार आयोग जैसा एवं समान।

The first president of the Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission – Kanta Bhattonagr.. राजस्थान राज्य मानवाधिकार आयोग की प्रथम अध्यक्ष – कान्ता भट्टनागर।

Currently president of the Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission = parkesh Tatia राजस्थान राज्य मानवाधिकार आयोग की वर्तमान में अध्यक्ष = प्रकाश टाटिया
