(1)अनुच्छेद 1  = India “Union of States” is the mention. भारत “राज्यों का संघ” का उलेख मिलता है।

(2)अनुच्छेद 3 = The new state law may create and present before Parliament states’ territories, Smion, names can change.

 संसद विधि नए राज्य बना सकती है तथा पहले मौजूद राज्यों के क्षेत्रों,समीओं, नामों में परिवर्तन कर सकती है ।
