Description: French scientists have claimed to create the first robot which can return to its base by inspecting the surroundings without using GPS. This robot determines the distance traveled with the help of direction and optical movement sensor via optical compass.

Description: American space agency NASA has told that it can launch the new space telescope under the ‘SPHEREx’ mission to explore the origin and evolution of the universe by 2023. The duration of this mission, costing approximately Rs 1,700 crore (excluding the launch cost) will be 2 years.
