राष्ट्रीय मतदाता दिवस 25 जनवरी को मनाया गया (National voter day celebrated on 25th January)

Eighth Voter Day was celebrated across the country on January 25, 2019 by the Election Commission of India. Organizing this important day reminds all the Indians about duty towards their nation and also tells that voting is very important for every person.

भारतीय निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा आठवां मतदाता दिवस 25 जनवरी 2019 को देश भर में मनाया गया. इस महत्त्वपूर्ण दिवस का आयोजन सभी भारतवासियों को अपने राष्ट्र के प्रति कर्तव्य की याद दिलाता है और साथ ही यह भी बताता है कि हर व्यक्ति के लिए मतदान करना बहुत ज़रूरी है.

The minimum age of voting in India is 18 years. This day can also call the festival of democracy of the country. This day is a celebration of the democratic process of voting. This day is also used in the form of dissemination of information about effective participation in the voting process in the voters.

भारत में मतदान की न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष है. इस दिन को देश के लोकतंत्र का त्योहार भी कह सकते हैं. इस दिन वोट देने की लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया के जश्न का दिन होता है. यह दि‍वस मतदाताओं में मतदान प्रक्रि‍या में कारगर भागीदारी के बारे में जानकारी फैलाने के रूप में भी प्रयोग कि‍या जाता है.

उद्देश्य और विषय: (Purpose and subject:)

The objective of this day is to increase the number of voters in the country, especially new voters. The main purpose of this day is to remind the country’s voters of their duties towards their rights and democracy.

इस दिवस का उद्देश्य देश में मतदाताओं की संख्या बढ़ाना, विशेषकर नए मतदाताओं को इससे जोड़ना है. इस दिन का मुख्य उद्देश्य देश के वोटरों को उनके अधिकारों और लोकतंत्र के प्रति कर्तव्यों की याद दिलाना है.

This year, this is the 9th voting day. The theme of this time – ‘No voter to be Left Behind’ has been kept.

इस साल ये नौवां मतदाता दिवस है. इस बार की थीम – ‘कोई भी मतदाता पीछे नहीं छूटना चाहिए (No Voter to be Left Behind)’ रखी गई है.

9वें मतदाता दिवस: (9th Voter Day:)

This time, Election Commission will celebrate voter day on more than six lakh places across the country and polling stations around 10 lakh voters on 9th voter day. In these programs new voters will be registered and they will be given applications for voter photo identity card.

इस बार चुनाव आयोग 9वें मतदाता दिवस पर देश भर में छह लाख से ज्यादा जगहों पर और 10 लाख के आसपास पोलिंग स्टेशनों पर मतदाता दिवस मनाएगा. इन कार्यक्रमों में नए मतदाताओं को रजिस्ट्रेशन किया जाएगा और उनको मतदाता फोटो पहचान पत्र के लिए आवेदन दिए जाएंगे.

भारत निर्वाचन आयोग का शुरुआत:(Election Commission of India begins:)

The Election Commission of India was formed on January 25, 1950. The Government of India has started celebrating the establishment day of the Election Commission on 25th January from the year 2011 as ‘National Votant Day’ to increase youth participation in the political process.

भारत निर्वाचन आयोग का गठन 25 जनवरी 1950 को हुआ था. भारत सरकार ने राजनीतिक प्रक्रिया में युवाओं की भागीदारी बढ़ाने हेतु निर्वाचन आयोग के स्थापना दिवस 25 जनवरी को ही वर्ष 2011 से ‘राष्ट्रीय मतदाता दिवस’ के रूप में मनाने की शुरुआत की थी.

चुनाव आयोग का लक्ष्य:(Election Commission:)

Keeping in mind the goals of National Voter Day, a special campaign was launched across the country to reach new eligible voters. The Commission emphasized that special campaigns should be started to make more and more women voters.

राष्‍ट्रीय मतदाता दि‍वस के लक्ष्‍यों को ध्‍यान में रखते हुए नए योग्‍य मतदाताओं तक पहुंचने के लि‍ए देशभर में एक वि‍शेष अभि‍यान चलाया गया. आयोग ने इस बात पर जोर दि‍या कि अधि‍क से अधि‍क‍ महि‍लाओं को मतदाता बनाने के लि‍ए वि‍शेष अभि‍यान शुरू कि‍ए जाएं.

In connection with the National Voter Day, the Election Commission has been running comprehensive and streamlined voter education and voting partnership campaigns to attract educated voters, especially youth and women across the country.

राष्‍ट्रीय मतदाता दि‍वस के सि‍लसले में नि‍र्वाचन आयोग समूचे देश में शि‍क्षि‍त मतदाताओं, वि‍शेष रूप से युवाओं और महि‍लाओं को आकर्षि‍त करने के लि‍ए व्‍यापक और सुव्‍यवस्‍थि‍त मतदाता शि‍क्षा और मतदान भागीदारी अभि‍यान चलाता रहा है.

भारतीय चुनाव आयोग:(Indian Election Commission:)

The Indian Election Commission is an autonomous and semi-judicial body. It was formed in India to choose public representatives in independent and unbiased institutions. The Commission currently has one Chief Election Commissioner and two Election Commissioners.

भारतीय चुनाव आयोग एक स्वायत्त एवं अर्ध-न्यायिक संस्था है. इसका गठन भारत में स्वतंत्र एवं निष्पक्ष रूप से प्रतिनिधिक संस्थानों में जन प्रतिनिधि चुनने के लिए किया गया था. आयोग में वर्तमान में एक मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त और दो चुनाव आयुक्त होते हैं.

An independent election commission (Election Commission) has been formed for both Houses of Parliament-Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha to be unconstitutional and fair.

संसद के दोनों सदनों-लोकसभा और राज्य सभा के लिए चुनाव बेरोक-टोक और निष्‍पक्ष हों, इसके लिए एक स्‍वतंत्र चुनाव (निर्वाचन) आयोग बनाया गया है.
